This Privacy Policy describes how ScaleWithSteven ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit scalewithsteven.com or submit an application through the site.
When you submit an application, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), company name, business type, monthly revenue range, the problem you want to solve, and how you heard about us.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically receives standard log data including IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.
We use submitted application data to evaluate fit and respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
If you book a call via Cal.com, the booking data is processed by Cal.com under their privacy policy.
If you receive emails from us, transactional delivery is handled by Resend under their privacy policy.
Application data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (US data centers). We retain application records indefinitely unless you request deletion.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing steven@scalewithsteven.com.
This site does not use tracking cookies. Cal.com may set cookies necessary for booking functionality on the thanks page.
